With the 2019 Korfball South Australia State League minor rounds being completed, we now know who has qualified for the all important finals. With 8 teams from 4 clubs contesting the finals, the action is sure to heat up in the coming weeks. Congratulations to Adelaide Boomers, Arista, North and Glenelg, who each have two teams qualified in the finals.

The finals action is scheduled to be fought out over two days, with the Preliminary Finals on Sunday the 15th of September, with Grand Final day on Sunday the 22th of September. All matches will be played at St. Clair YMCA (map available here), and entry is free for all spectators. The schedule for each days competition can be seen below:

As well as the schedule for each days’s play, we also have the finals brackets for all three grades available below. Due to the number of teams in each grade, the top placed team after the regular season goes straight through to the Grand Final, while the second and third placed teams play off in the Preliminary Final. The exception to this is the C Grade, which sees the top two teams both go straight through.

These details, as well as the season results, ladders and everything else you might want can be found on the State League Competition Hub.

Good luck to all teams involved, and we look forward to seeing you out at St. Clair YMCA for the conclusion to the 2019 Korfball South Australia State League season!
